Our hope is to have everyone staying in the same hotel over the weekend for a few reasons. Staying in a central location gives us more opportunities to spend time together at the hotel coffee shop in the morning or at the hotel bar in the evening. We also plan to provide transportation to and from the venues so having a central hub will make this easier for guests. Finally, this is a beautiful location along Allen Parkway and the bayou, giving guests a quieter and less chaotic experience of Houston and away from highly congested areas.
